Girl Scouting builds girls of confidence, courage, and character, who make the world a better place.

 Goals

Volunteer Leadership (Board) – Ensure the board is high-performing, engaged and visible

Marketing/ Communication /Branding/Funding – Increase the council’s visibility and support in the community

Adult Volunteers – Expand adult volunteer program and ensure volunteers are supported and equipped to serve girls while having a rewarding, meaningful experience

Program – Expand and improve premier programs that are innovative, girl-driven and relevant

Membership – Increase and retain members by offering a valuable, positive experience with no barriers to access

Culture – Foster a culture of innovation and excellence that is team-oriented, volunteer- and girl-centered and focused on continuous improvement
