Our Structure

GSFC is governed by a 25 member volunteer Board of Directors. Operations are carried out by 36 staff members including an Executive Director, 9 Executive Staff, 12 part-time Field Aides, 7 support staff, and 4 full-time Membership Specialists, 1 Program Specialist, the Council Shop Manager, a Training Manager and a Properties Manager.

The council operates with an annual budget of $1.4 million and serves over 10,600 girl members and 3400 adult volunteers. See also the Responsibilities of Organization and Accountability Chart.
