Sign Up For Camp
In
order to participate completely in some of the sessions
offered, campers will be transported, by van, to an activity.
Please read each program session description carefully. When
you sign the registration form, and check the appropriate
space, please be aware that you are giving your camper
permission to leave camp for these events.
Camp Fees
Fees
charged for each camp
session is based on
the operating cost of
each individual session.
Therefore, some sessions
have a higher/lower
fee than others. If you
have any questions regarding
fees, please contact
the Camp Administrator
at 385-3677 ext. 260.
Fees for each program
session reflect
both Girl Scout and
non-Girl Scout registration
costs. Non-members and
girls registered as
Girl Scouts after March
3, 2008 must pay the
non-member fee.
All session registrations will be billed for the balance
of the camp fee at the time you are notified of your camper's
placement. Balances are due ten (10) working days prior to
the first day of the camp session. If fees are not received
by this time, or if a check is returned for non-sufficient
funds from the bank, your camper will be placed on a waiting
list and will not be guaranteed placement.

We are not responsible
for checks that may
be late or lost in
the mail. Girl Scouts
of Frontier Council
strives to keep the
cost of camp as low
as possible. The
operation of Camp
Foxtail is "not-for-profit".
Non-members and girls
registered as Girl
Scouts after March
3, 2008 pay
the "non-member" fee.
Once your camper's registration has been confirmed for a
camp session, there will be a $10.00 processing fee to change
or transfer to another camp session. This fee is to cover
the cost involved with this transaction, such as postage,
copies and staff time.
Deposits
A registration deposit of $25.00, which will apply toward the
total camp fee, is required at the time of registration. The
deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable and will be forfeited
except when placement cannot be made. Deposits can be made
by check, cash or credit card. Make checks payable to: Girl
Scouts of Frontier Council. A deposit needs to be included
with each registration form, even if you will be requesting
financial assistance.
Discounts
Families
having more than one
girl attending Camp
Foxtail,
or if a camper returns
for a second session,
will receive a $15.00
discount on the second
and each additional
registration.
Please note on registration
form. Discounts will
be given in the final
bill for the camp balance.
A $25.00 deposit for
each registration, for
each camper, for each
session is required.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of the camp fee
is refundable under the following circumstances:
- Written notice is received by Girl Scouts
of Frontier Council two (2) weeks prior to the start of
the program session; or
- A licensed physician states, in writing,
that your camper is unable to attend camp due to a health
condition.
- No refunds will be given if a camper
returns home from camp due to homesickness, illness, behavior
that endangers the safety of campers, staff, or at the
desire of the parent/guardian.
Confirmation Packet
A Camper Confirmation Packet, including a Health Examination
Form, will be sent to you within two weeks after your registration
form has been processed. The completed health examination
card should be mailed or brought to the council office no
later than ten (10) business days prior to the first day
of the session.
