
This program involves girls selling Girl Scout nuts to families and friends and the general public, and is usually held between October (pre-sales) and December (delivery). More than half of the proceeds go directly to the troop for girl program activities.
Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada has contracted with Ashdon Farms as the product supplier for the Nut Program. The products for this year include: GS Tin- $6.00, Cashews- $6.00, Snowman Tin with Chocolate Covered Pretzels - $6.00, Toffee Chocolate Covered Almonds- $6.00, Pistachios-$6.00, Chocolate Covered Peanuts-$5.00, Chocolate Covered Raisins- $5.00, Peanut Squares- $5.00, Hot Cajon Mix- $5.00, Buttered Toasted Peanuts- $5, Peanut Squares - $5.00, Gummi Berries- $5, and Malted Milk Balls- $5.
The mascot for this years nut program is the Dog. A program t-shirt and other small program incentives will be available for purchase by Girl Scout sellers at the Council Shop.
