For Leaders
It is especially important to us that as a
volunteer you feel your experiences are personally rewarding
and there is opportunity to enhance your own skills. The
support the Girl Scout council provides to a volunteer is
vital. Staff support, networking opportunities, and program
resources play an important role in the success of each volunteer's
ability to deliver quality Girl Scout program to girls.
Reaching
Staff Members
The staff at Frontier Council is dedicated to providing
the most responsive customer service. By placing a quick
call to the staff member you need to make an appointment
with, you will be assured of personal service, and above
all, will not have wasted your valuable time if the staff
member is not available to meet with you.
During the course of a day, staff members are often busy
with meetings and appointments outside the service center.
Certain jobs require a major portion of their time away from
the office. In addition, even though a staff member may be
present in the building, she/he may be involved with a conference,
or other scheduled duty, and therefore may not be immediately
available.
To help meet the demands of the job, several options are
available to communicate with staff members. Voice mail is
available for all staff, as well as personal email addresses.
Staff have made a commitment to return calls/messages within
24 hours if at all possible. See our staff
list for current information.
Master Calendar
A master calendar of trainings,

been received at the service center. Common training questions

Asked Questions for Leaders. Financial assistance available.
