Camp Forms

Please use a separate registration form ( ) for each session and for each girl. If your camper would like to attend more than one session, or you have another camper who desires to attend camp, please contact the council office or photocopy the registration form.  For all registrations, send the completed form WITH PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGNATURE, and the $25 deposit to Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada, 2941 Harris Ave., Las Vegas, NV  89101.

Incomplete registration forms will be returned for the proper information before processing, which can result in first choice selections being unavailable. Pay special attention to Program Codes & Dates, and Parent/Guardian signature.

Camperships (financial assistance) are available to any registered member of Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada. If an application for financial assistance has been made, the minimum deposit of $25 must still accompany the camp registration form. Bring or mail completed camp registration form with deposit to the service center.
