Going to Camp
 Summer
Camp Registration
Registration
will begin on February
11,
2008. All
camp registrations received
on or before the close
of business on
April
4, 2008 will
be placed in a random
drawing to determine
session placement.
Registrations received
after April 4, 2008
will be processed
in the order they are
received until programs
are full. The
second choice of
programs
will automatically
be assigned if the
first program choice
is full. Girl
Scouts of Frontier
Council reserves
the right to cancel
any program that
does not receive
the minimum registration
of girls, in which
case,
a full refund will
be issued. Registration
will remain open
throughout the
summer on a space
available
basis.
A
camp catalog is provided
to each registered
girl with information
about resident camp.

Employment
Young adult women, over 18 years old, may submit an application for
employment at Camp Foxtail. Positions range from Camp Director
to Kitchen Assistants. See our Employment
Opportunities for the most current information.
Camp
Chit Chat
On
April
4, 2008, there
is an opportunity for
girls and their parent/guardians
to come and ask questions
about Camp Foxtail.
Come and speak with
Camp Staff to find out
what Camp Foxtail is
all about!
Join
us at the Service Center
from 6:00 PM to 7:30
PM.
Camp
Foxtail Cleanup Day
The
annual Camp Foxtail
clean up day will be
held on Saturday, May
31,
2008 from 9:00 am -
6:00 pm. Girl Scouts,
their families,
Girl Scout volunteers,
civic groups, and Boy
Scouts are all invited
to come out and have
some fun while we get
Camp Foxtail ready for
another summer of great
camping! Unit set up,
general cleaning and
other miscellaneous
tasks all need to be
completed.
Lunch and dinner will
be provided for those
in attendance. Sorry,
childcare will not be
available.

is advised.
Camp Foxtail Open House
The
open house will be held
Saturday, June 14, 2008
from 10:00 am - 2:00
pm (you arrive and leave
anytime within these
hours). Bring a picnic
lunch and water. Be
sure to wear comfortable
walking shoes and enjoy
the
beautiful scenery!
This
open day is especially
designed:
- If you're a parent/guardian sending
your child to camp for the first time . . .
- If it's been years since you've visited
camp . . .
- if you're looking for a great family
outing . . .
Come
and meet the 2008 Camp
Foxtail staff, participate
in a guided tour, and
enjoy refreshments!
