Girl Scout activities should be fun and relevant to today's
world; suit the mental, physical, social and emotional development
of the girls; help them increase their skills and knowledge;
provide opportunities for them to plan and assume responsibilities;
complement rather than duplicate other learning experiences,
and reveal the joy of giving of oneself. Today's Girl Scouts
can choose from a wide variety of activities- from animals
to art appreciation or cooking to computers.
Council
